Unified calendar
One calendar for everything you keep.
BookTime brings your Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars into a single weekly view — so your whole schedule lives in one place, and the availability you share is always the truth.
The real problem
You don’t have a scheduling problem. You have a too-many-calendars problem.
Work in one Google account, personal in another, family on Apple, a client on Outlook. Every “are you free?” turns into a hunt across tabs and logins. A unified calendar ends that — one view, every commitment, nothing missed.
What the unified view gives you
Every commitment, in one place.
Three things happen the moment you connect your calendars.
See everything at once
Work, personal, client, and family events share one weekly view. No more opening three apps to answer one question.
Know the source at a glance
Every event is colour-coded by account, so you always know which calendar a commitment came from — without second-guessing.

FAQ
Unified calendar questions.
The essentials before you connect.
Can I really see all my calendars in one place?
Yes. Connect any mix of Google, Apple, and Outlook accounts and every event appears together in one weekly view, colour-coded by source.
Does it work with multiple Google (or Apple/Outlook) accounts?
It does. Most BookTime users connect two to five calendars — for example a work Google, a personal Google, an Apple family calendar, and an Outlook client account.
Is there a limit on how many calendars I can connect?
No limit. Unlimited calendars are included on every plan.
Does BookTime change my existing calendars?
No. BookTime reads your calendars to build the unified view and your availability, and adds booked meetings — it never rearranges the events you already have.
